Tanya C. Jackson is a Founding Partner and Managing Partner of PinPoint Results LLC.
With a strong understanding of state government, including procurement and contract management, technology and project management, the appropriations process and public policy development, Tanya understands the strategic approach necessary for organizations to successfully do business with government.
With more than 30 years under her belt, Tanya has held several senior management roles in both public and private sector organizations. Prior to founding PinPoint Results, Tanya spent a decade at a Big 5 consulting firm, where she served as the Managing Director responsible for all of Florida’s state, local and higher education business. While there, Tanya was responsible for account management, including account financials; profit and loss activities; contract administration and staff supervision, client relations and business development; contract negotiations; quality assurance; project management; procurement and competitive solicitations; business development; successful project delivery; as well as legislative affairs and governmental relations.
Tanya also has extensive experience in the public sector having served as the Legislative Affairs Director for the Florida Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA). During her eight-year tenure, Tanya managed the agency’s legislative agenda, and then became the Chief Information Officer, where she oversaw human resources, procurement and general services. While at the DOEA, Tanya served on the Governors Sterling Council, helping to drive efficiencies and streamlining business processes throughout state government.
Prior to her legislative experience, Tanya was the Chief Operating Officer for a Florida law firm. She also served as a systems accountant for the Department of Defense and began her public service career with the federal government Department of Defense.
Tanya is a member of the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists; is a Florida State University Booster; was a past chair of the Lung Association; was a member of the Florida Courts Technology Commission, and contributes her resources on animal rescue efforts.
A graduate of the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Fla., Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Services Interdisciplinary.
Tanya resides in Tallahassee, Fla. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family, friends and her furbaby.
