With more than 20 years of experience navigating Florida’s legislative and executive branch processes, Bryan is a trusted advocate who regularly represents clients before the state’s elected officials, agency leadership, and key policymakers. He began his career in public service as legislative committee staff in both the Florida Senate and Florida House of Representatives before serving as Chief of Staff to the Speaker Pro Tempore. During his tenure in state government, Bryan developed extensive expertise in public policy, state budgeting, and the legislative process—experience he now leverages to help clients successfully achieve their public policy objectives.

Bryan has significant experience in the health care and human services sectors, representing both nonprofit and for-profit organizations on complex legislative and funding initiatives. He has successfully guided clients through appropriations requests, policy development, and legislative strategy, while also drafting legislation and advocating for the passage of priority bills. His deep understanding of Florida government enables him to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop effective strategies that produce meaningful results.

In addition to his legislative practice, Bryan advises clients on Florida’s state procurement process, helping organizations identify, pursue, and secure opportunities to do business with state government. He works closely with clients to understand agency priorities, develop compelling value propositions, and position their solutions to meet the needs of government decision-makers. His experience spans successful procurements in technology, health care, transportation, and other public sector industries.

Bryan also leads PinPoint Results’ local government practice for clients with interests before the City of Tallahassee and the Leon County Commission, providing strategic guidance on policy, procurement, and local government initiatives.

Bryan is a member of the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists, Bradfordville Baptist Church, and the Florida State University Seminole Boosters. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University and resides in Tallahassee with his wife, Amanda, and their son, Austin.
